Waterproof Flooring WPC: form + function at its best

Ever wish you could have an all-marble bathroom so it resembles one of those high-end spas? What about floors that resemble other natural stones, such as travertine and slate? That would give new meaning to the phrase: “The home is your castle!”Well, you can have that, even if your budget is tight. It’s called waterproof flooring WPC and it’s the latest version of luxury vinyl flooring (LVF).

It’s a stylish and functional alternative to natural materials. For you, that means this flooring not only gives you all the style of LVF, but also the peace of mind that comes with ultra-waterproof, moisture-resistant and durables materials, all possible thanks to the WPC core.

American Made Flooring is locally owned and operated, and we’re part of cooperative of 500-plus independently owned retailers, so you get the best of both worlds: the personalized service of a locally owned company with the backing of a national chain.

We stand behind our products and services. Our inventory is fully stocked and we provide services that include professional installation and free in-home measuring, as well as guides, glossaries, and our own design magazine.

Our showroom is in Algonquin, Illinois and we service Algonquin, Lake in The Hills, Huntley, Crystal Lake, and Cary.

Style, design, and decor

  • This waterproof material with the WPC core is a realistic mimic of wood, natural stone, or tile flooring. Thanks to high definition photography images are clear; advances such as texturing make sure they aren’t flat, so they have added depth and dimension. Broken down, you can get the look of natural stone, including marble, travertine, slate, limestone, or quartz. Wood-looks are available in many species; to name just a few, there are popular domestics like oak, maple, hickory, walnut, and teak plus exotics, like ebony. All come in an assortment of colors, finishes, and textures. Tiles are available in many shapes and sizes and in all colors, patterns, and designs. Mix and match them to create your own look.
  • Waterproof. Although LVF is durable and waterproof, this gives a higher level of protection. What many don’t realize is that one doesn’t have to live in a flood-prone zone to experience leaks. Anything can do it, such as burst pipes, appliance leaks, and even a mild rainstorm is the wind’s angle is just right. When flooring becomes soaked, it can spread to other nearby areas. The WPC core won’t peel or ripple!
  • Durability: The core makes it a little thicker. It also has a thicker top wear layer to protect against scratches and stains.
  • Easy maintenance: Like LVF, you just need a soft broom and a mop.

As is LVF, this is very easy to install; in fact, it makes a good DIY weekend project.
